Terms & Conditions
When you make a reservation at Girls ON using our website, email, or Instagram direct messages these booking terms & conditions together with our Privacy Policy and any other written information we brought to your attention before we confirmed your reservation, shall apply.
Acceptance of quotation and payment of deposit will be taken as acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Please ensure you have read and fully understand what is written below. Please contact us at info@girlson.co if anything is not clear to you.
Reservation and Payment
By making a reservation, the first named person on the reservation agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the reservation that:
The person submitting the booking accepts responsibility for the payment of everyone listed in the booking and is responsible to ensure that all other persons listed are aware of these terms and conditions.
The person is over 18 years of age and where placing an order for services with age restrictions declares that he/she and all members of the party are of the appropriate age to purchase those services;
The deposit of 50% of the price is due upon time of booking and can be paid by bank transfer. The full amount has to be paid 15 days before arrival.
Prices
When you make your booking you must pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of your trip. The balance of the price of your travel arrangements must be paid upon arrival.
We reserve the right to alter the prices of any of the travel arrangements shown on our website. You will be advised of the current price of the travel arrangement you wish to book before your contract is confirmed.
Unless stated otherwise, the price of your travel arrangement includes each and all of the component parts described within your booking confirmation invoice.
All prices are in Euro including VAT unless anything else is agreed upon and stated in the pricing list.
Making Changes to your booking
If, after we have issued a booking confirmation invoice to you, you wish to change your travel arrangements, we will do our best to make these changes, although it may not always be possible to do so. Your request to change your booking must be made in writing. When changing your travel arrangements, the price will be based on the price applied on the date you make the change. The price may not be the same as when you first made your booking.
Cancellations
No refunds are available due to commitments made to the trip’s service providers. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
If you decide to leave shortly after check-in or during the trip or skip activities, there is no refund and the remaining nights are non-refundable.
Passport Validity & Immigration Requirements
The passport and visa requirements of yourself and your party, together with any other immigration requirements, are your responsibility and you should check these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates prior to travel. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel if you have not complied with the relevant requirements in force prior to and at the time of travel.
Aссommodation
Our aim at Girls ON is to provide a good time for our guests and also for everyone working with us. Codes of conduct et al. include respect and care for the place of residence, respecting other guests and staff as well as protecting the property, both inside and outside the house, furniture, and common equipment. The use of the common areas should not cause inconvenience to other users and guests. The consumption of alcohol is not banned, but guests have to use good judgment and should never drink in a way that leads to impaired performance or inappropriate behavior, endangers the safety of other guests, or violates the law.
Liability
When booking a trip with us, you accept that you are responsible in case of any loss or damaged equipment provided by our team
Payment for any lost items or broken equipment must be made to us directly. As a guest, you are responsible for your behavior and respect for staff, the environment, and the hotels we are staying at.
